we have 500m2 land in ungasan bukit.
we want to build 1 or 2 houses depends the costs.
each house more ore less 80 till 90 m2. we want normal quality house with normal kithchen and badrooms etc.
we thinking about L sistems house or each house 2 buildings. 1 building bedrooms and 1 building livingroom and kitchen. also 1 swimmingpool 8x3m. we live and work in jogyakarta.

I am builder here in Australia. My partner and I are looking to build villa in Lombok.
We have stayed in Echo Villa in Canggu before. This is very nice villa complex.
Please tell me what price per m2 Echo Villa cost to build.
We are looking for mid range finish like villa Echo.
