We appointed your company in Mid February 2008 to supervise our project, Villa Elanora, In Brawa – Canggu, Bali.  At first we collected proposals from several companies including PT. Bali Arcon Jaya, to compare for level of services and pricing competitiveness.  From the beginning, PT. Bali Property had been very attentive to our needs and their proposals were comprehensive.

What unique about PT. Bali Arcon Jaya is their documentation processes, which were of professional standards and presented in a great detail in a spreadsheet format which was easy to follow.  These factors were absolutely imperative for us, as we are not based in Bali.  Therefore we needed a system which would allow us to monitor the building progress very closely from anywhere in the world.  The daily, weekly and monthly reports were of excellent standards.  In fact since every activity on site was well-documented, it allowed us to identify and to avoid potential problems in relations to construction easily.

PT. Bali Arcon Jaya was very responsive from the beginning, to name a few; our initial contact via emails was smooth and timely.  Furthermore the reports and progress photos were presented well with accurate punctuality and emailed to us on regular basis.

In all, we were very happy with the level of professionalism displayed by your entire management team.  Construction industry is a very fierce and unforgiving industry, where customers will not hesitate to disband loyalty if a company fails to deliver its promises.  It is enlightening to know that a company such as PT. Bali Arcon Jaya operates on outstanding work ethics.  This level of service is an asset to the company.

The only criticism we have was inadequate contingency plan in terms of a fall-back plan in relation to onsite supervision.  If your regular onsite supervisor was away due to illness or personal reasons, no one else would take over his place.  At times, this allowed incorrect installations to take place.  Often it came at a price where the contractor had to dismantle or rebuild again, which had wasted some valuable time.

Our suggestion is that a back up support member is essential to be onsite, when the main supervisor was not able to perform his duty onsite. We are very happy to recommend PT. Bali Arcon Jaya services to our friends and colleagues.   In a nutshell, the team members of PT. Bali Arcon Jaya are young, dynamic and hungry to excel in the construction industry and to deliver the highest standards possible.
