We appointed your company CV. Bali Property to assist us with the project supervision and day-to-day management of the construction of villa Elanora.  The company appointed Mr. Oka Terima as the project supervisor.  We are very pleased to express our gratitude to Mr. Oka who had shown his highest level of enthusiasm and commitments all throughout the construction period.  

The spreadsheet reporting system presented to us was done in timely manner, be it daily, weekly or monthly.  We have found that Mr. Oka Terima was professional and courteous to everyone involved in the project.  He conducted the weekly meeting with the contractors/builders and their team well.  The minutes of the weekly meeting was easy to follow, the advent of the internet has made communication over long distances no longer an issue and Mr. Oka’s proficiency in word processing and internet technology was of advanced standards.

We are impressed with Mr. Oka’s level of expertise and his experience in ensuring every material, supplied and utilised were all accounted for.  Again, the regular communication via emails and SMS text messages were efficiently carried out and presented in a timely manner.
