When you in others country and your project in Bali for example. Our company will supervise your project and give you daily , weekly and monthly report as well.

1. Scope of Works
   This services are how to control and manage your builder to construction and build well. Our project supervisor services include :

   • Supervise the Builder to follow the drawing well. Control in the field project and translate the drawing into field. How that our project supervisor can appropriate the drawing and the real building.
   • Stay at the Project From 09:00 Am until 15:00 Pm.
   • Supervise the Human resources as builder company workers.
   • Supervise the Material of your building.
   • Meeting with Builder once a week.
   • Give owner report as a daily, weekly and monthly reports. And this is including some picture progress and time schedule progress.

2. Method of Project Supervisor services
   This is our method as a supervisor , we give you best services with 3 packages :

   • Packages 01 : Rp. 7.500.000;-    (US $  850 )
     

     1. Visit and come to the project one day a week
     2. Supervising The drawing into fields
     3. Send you weekly report by email
     4. Arrange a meeting with builder once a week

   • Packages 02 : Rp. 10.500.000;- (US $ 1.225 )
     

     1. Visit and come to the project three days a week
     2. Supervising the drawing into fields, supervising the human resources
     3. Send you weekly report and monthly report by email
     4. Arrange a meeting with builder once a week

   • Packages 03 : Rp. 15.500.000;-  (US $ 1.675 )
     

     1. Visit and come to the project everyday
     2. Supervising the drawing into fields, supervising the human resources and supervising the material of your building
     3. Send you daily, weekly and monthly report by email
     4. Arrange a meeting with builder once a week

3. Term of Payment
   The project supervisor services payment will paid at the end of every month.
4. Time Schedule of Works
   The project supervisor time schedule based on project schedule , this is depend on owner need it.
5. How it is Works
   

   • Have a meeting to discuss the project and apply for the packages that will choose by owner.
   • Sign agreement letters
   • Need some explaination about the project from The Architect and discuss with an architect about the project. And if owner available it can discuss and come with.
   • Start to works 3 days after sigh agreement letters
