1. Scope of Works
   Our pool and spa construction services include :

   • As a pool builder
     We start to construction your swimming pool from zero to 100% , start with digging , pondation setting with post element, Piping and lighting, material attached and also machine room .
   • Pool maintenance
     One of our staff will maintenance your pool every week. Start to cleaning , facum, filtering, and make the pool water are fixed with water standard / International Standard Organization.
   • Pool chemical
     Our company also provide Pool chemical , please contact us what chemical that you need and we will give you the quotation price.

2. Method of Pool and Spa Construction services

3. Term of Payment
   This is our term of payment for pool and spa construction or pool builder in Bali services :
   As a down payment : 30% from real cost
   First payment : 50% when the progress 50 percent
   Second payment : 15% when the progress 90 percent
   Balance payment : 5% when all the pregress complate or 100%
4. Time Schedule of works
   Our pool and Spa construction services time schedule based on pool dimension as well. The biggest pool that want to build to more time for time schedule that we need. For example, pool with size 3 meter x 5 meter we can finish it for only 45 days.
   
5. How it is works
   First day, meeting with the owner to introducing the pool project.
   Second day, Check to the location.
   Three days latter, apply for quotation price and when it is agreed sign agreement latter.
   Five days latter, start to works .
6. Guaranty
   We will give you guaranty 2 years for Pool structure .
   and also guaranty 6 month for leak .
