3. Term an payment of building renovation
   • As a down payment : 30% from real cost
   • First payment : 50% when the progress 50 percent
   • Second payment : 15% when the progress 90 percent
   • Balance payment : 5% when all the progress complete or 100%

   • For building renovation , our team of  PT. Bali Arcon Jaya will check your building and ask about works item to renovate.
   • After that we will apply and give you purpose letter based on works item to renovate for the Renovation Cost.
   • When you are choose Based on Budget to renovate as our Method , you tell us the budget and our team will come to your building to survey.  We will make the calculation what item of works will balance to your budget.
2. Guaranty
   • Six month guaranty for our works item of Building Renovation Services
