1. Scope of  Works.
   Start to build your building from zero to 100 % complete, it is depend on your request.
   • Real cost estimate
   • Time schedule of project
   • Land preparation or Site cleaning
   • Land measurement
   • Building material manage
   • Building workers manage
   • Garden and exterior landscape
   • Plumbing, mechanical and electrical
2. Method of Building Construction services.
   • Per Square meter
     We charge you for building construction services start from Rp. 2.500.000;-  or US $ 250 Until Rp. 7.500.000;- or US $ 850 . This price depend on your material attached at the building.
   • Based on real cost calculation
     When you have working drawing documents already Please send to us and our team of PT. Bali arcon jaya will calculation and send you the purpose letters based on your drawing.
   • Based on Budget
     We will not charge you anymore when you are already have your own budget to build the building. And let ‘s us know your budget , and our company will send you the Material attached based on your budget.
3. Term of payment.
   This is our term of payment :
   • As a down payment : 30% from real cost
   • First payment : 50% when the progress 50 percent
   • Second payment : 15% when the progress 90 percent
   • Balance payment : 5% when all the progress complete or 100%
4. Time Schedule of works.
   Normally we completed the building construction around  more or less 8 month for 500 square meters of the land and 350 square meters of the building size.
5. How it is works.
   • On First day => have a meeting to discuss the project.
   • Three days latter => Apply the cost estimate to the owner and negotiation about dealing construction cost. When it is agreed forward to sign agreement later.
   • Four days letter => Sign SPK ( Surat perintah kerja ) authority to works.
   • Tens days letter => Start the building construction when the Down payment are accept .
   • Time schedule => During the building construction phase.
6. Guaranty.
   We give you guaranty for your building construction services :
   • 5 Years for building structure
   • 3 month for maintenance services
