Building Design Services

Building Design Services is one of  PT. Bali Arcon Jaya services. The others of our company services are Building Construction or Builder , Building Renovation, Pool and Spa Construction and Project Supervising or project supervisor.  With no planning at the beginning , your project will have no space to do the right things. Better to ask building design services to planning and discuss with an Architect .

a.  Scope of works
Our building design services include :
-  Building permit drawing
All the building permit drawing that requested by government staff, not include apply to the government office.
-  Working papers documents ( all the drawing )
All the working papers documents and all the drawing complate, including ME and electrical drawing, Architectural drawing, Structural drawing, Plumbing pipe drawing, Portal and principal drawing, Door and windows frame drawing, roof and ceiling drawing, beam and post drawing, pondation drawing, absorbtion hole detail, fance drawing and others detail drawing for each drawing that need zoom or description.
-  3D image rendering
This is mean 3D image rendering is the visualize your building into 3D image on the paper print out.

b.  Methode of Building design services
Our Methode of building design services :
-  Per Square meter
We charge you for building design services enclose to the table on the last page.
-  Procentage from Construction cost
As our fee for building design services we charge you for only 8% from Construction cost.
-  Based on Budget
When you have your own budget for building design and let’s us know, and our company will give you the Scope of works based on your budget.

c.   Term of payment
This is our term of payment :
As a downpayment : 30% from real cost
First payment : 50% when the progress 50 percent
Second payment : 15% when the progress 90 percent
Balance payment : 5% when all the pregress complate or 100%

d.  Time schedule of works
The time schedule of works normaly take 2 – 3 weeks but it is depend on complexity and diffuculty of the drawing, enclose to the table on the last page.

e.  How it’s Works
How it’s works mean step by step of the progress :
- Have a Meeting to discuss the project. => First day.
- Our Architect will discuss to you about the floorplan as well. => Three days latter.
- When it is agreed , sign SPK ( Surat Perintah Kerja) or Agreement letters . => Four days latter.
- When the floorplan was agreed , go the next level make the façade ( elevation ) drawing and discuss it. => Six days latter.
- When the floorplan and façade or elevation are fix, that we go to start the 3D image rendering. => Ten days latter.
- When the 3D image rendering are approved, than our team  continue to start working all the working papers drawing document. => Need one week to finish all the working drawing complate.
